Description
Sources sought for commercial off-the-shelf ranges that meet the following criteria. Vendors with qualified product will be requested to submit an offer under Federal Supply Schedule 51V, Solicitation #6FEC-E6-970173-R5. This is for addition to the Multiple Award Schedule. There is no specific quantity requirement. COOKING RANGE, ELECTRIC(EXPORT): DESCRIPTION Range (Stove), Electric, household type, free standing, 30 inch 76.2 cm wide (for tolerances on dimensions see specifications below), WITH 4 SOLID DISK HEATING PLATES ON TOP, A BAKING OVEN WITH CONVECTION, AND A WARMING DRAWER. The range shall have a SPLASH BACK, i.e. a raised-up back panel for the take-up of the control knobs. Without lid (cover) over the cooking top. Specifications: Color -- White, control panel, oven glass window, and handles may be of different color. Body finish -- Powder-coated paint. Cooking top -- Enamel ***POWER CONNECTION -- 400 VAC, 3 phase with neutral, 50 Hz. 400 VAC phase to phase, and 230 VAC phase to neutral. ***DIMENSTIONS- Nominal 30 INCH (76.2 cm), range of tolerance 75 cm -- 80 cm. Depth (excluding handle): Nominal 64 cm, range of tolerance 60 cm -- 66 cm. Height floor to cooking top: 90 cm -- 91 cm. Height floor to control panel top of splash back: 124 cm Maximum. ALL 4 HEATING PLATES SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH HEAT-LIMITING DEVICES. Baking Oven shall have: Upper heat, Lower heat, and a grill. CONVECTION ("Thermofan"), i.e. forced hot air circulation BY FAN WITH ASSOCIATED CIRCULAR HEATER ELEMENT. Capacity 100 liters minimum. Illumination with on/off switch. Removable oven door with glass window, air cooled by self-ventilation. Easy clean enamel or self cleaning catalytic surfaces. Warming drawer with its OWN heating element. Operation lights for all functions. Height adjustable feet or metal legs for leveling purposes. Inscriptions/instructions on appliance in English Language Symbols. One user's instruction manual in English language provided inside each appliance. The stability of the freestanding appliance must conform to the applicable standard. The stability must be ensured without fastening the appliance to the wall or floor. Minimum accessories required and provided inside each appliance: 1 oven wire rack 1 baking oven sheet 1 oven roast pan Certification: The appliance shall conform with the European Communities (EC) directive CE, and each appliance shall carry the CE mark. Besides the CE mark, the appliance shall carry the VDE or TUEV certification mark on its data plate as proof of having passed a test at one of these institutes and/or the UL 858 certification mark. Quality Assurance The appliance shall be manufactured within the scope of a quality management system according to ISO 9001. The offeror shall proof such compliance by submitting a copy of the corresponding certificate upon request prior to contract award and shall quote below: Certification Registration Number, validity, and holder of certificate: (to be filled in by offeror)
