Description

Desc. Pool furniture. Items required are to be Texacraft Pool Furniture (Texacraft Casual Basics Collection) or "EQUAL". Items required are to have frames of heavy-duty, commercial grade aluminum tubing (.065"), painted with a six-stage powder coating process. Straps are to be 2" wide and 100% virgin vinyl with ultraviolet stabilizers with weather-proof rivet. Table tops are to be durable, easy to clean fiberglass. Table tops are to be individually molded with a subtle textured finish and reinforced with exterior grade plywood. Minimum warranty required -- 8 years for frame and 5 years for straps. Line item 0001: sun chair, 160 ea, 34" x 22" x 20", seat height 17.5", weight 9 lbs, color ivory Line item 0002: chaise lounge, 100 ea, 41" x 28" x 78", seat height 12.5", weight 18 lbs, color ivory Line item 0003: 42" umbrella tables, weight 20 pds, color white This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcment constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: Far 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation -- commerical items), 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications -- commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract terms and conditions -- commercial items) and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-3569.
