- This acquisition is to establish a Requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices to repair the Interactive Defensive Avionics System Multi-Mission Advanced Tactical Terminal (IDAS/MATT) and Pre-Planned Product Improvement (PPPI) Data Transfer System (DTS), NSN 7025-01-448-0996BZ, P/N 60000-01 and NSN 7025-01-481-2153BZ, P/N 60000-02, applicable to the MH-53J helicopter. The Basic One Year for NSN 7025-01-448-0996BZ has a best-estimated quantity (BEQ) of 2 each, and there will be four out-year periods with BEQs of 2 each. The Basic One Year for NSN 7025-01-484-2153BZ has a best-estimated-quantity (BEQ) of 5 each, and there will be four out-year periods with BEQs of 5 each. No technical data is available for repair. Sole Source to TECSTAR, Demo Systems Division, CAGE 0BAW0, authority 10 USC 2304 ( C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
