Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Requirement is for a pre-fabricated building, to include a 5-ton over head bridge crane. Building will be used to maintain and repair a submarine with the following dimensions: 200b CLIN 0003 Anchor Bolts, 1 SET. CLIN 0004 10 days of technical assistance is requested in CONUS at the manufacturerb listed below. Requisition Number BISP4N11564145. This is an urgent requirement, therefore, delivery must be made as soon as possible. While cost is an evaluation factor, delivery schedule is slightly more important than cost. Offerors must submit a propo sed delivery schedule for each of the items requested. DELIVERY TERMS: Delivery is FOB Origin. Delivery will be arranged by the appropriate DCM office, which will be determined upon contract award. CLIN 0001, Prefabricated Building must be available to the freight forwarder for pick by 15 Dec 01 or sooner, if possible. CLIN 0002, 5-Ton Overhead Bridge Crane must be available to the freight forwarder for pick by 1 Apr 02 or sooner, if possible. CLIN 0003, Anchor Bolts must be available to the freight for warder for pick by 1 Dec 01 or sooner, if possible. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case Israel IS-B-BIO. Pursuant to DoD 5105.38, Security Assistance Management Manual, Paragraph 90210, A, and Table 902-6, this acquisition is restricted to U.S. incorporated firms licensed to do business in the United States. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certificatio ns -- Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
