Modification Notice: This action was originally publicized in Submission No. 5107T7 on October 16, 2001 @ 18.06. This modification notice is issued to revised the specification for line items 0001 and 0002 of the above reference solicitation as follows: Item # Supplies/Services 0001 TPE1512 36 yds per roll, 3/4" wide double-sided clear PVC tape, color: transparent, 1.5 mils acrylic adhesive each side, liner: white silicone release paper, 8.5 mils thickness, must be hold 2.2. psi at room temp. 186 hrs. 0002 3905110005 100 ft per roll, 1/2" wide doubled sided polyester, heavy duty, long term, splicing tape, rubber based 2 mils each side, color: clear tape, 5 mils thickness, 180 oz/in adhesive, liner: 60# mustard kraft, easy release coated, shear 500. Except as provided herein all other terms and condition of the solicitation remains unchanged.
