Qty 5 ea to be delivered to W62G2T Tracy CA 400 days after date of award. Qty 5 ea to be delivered to SW3210 Hill ARB UT 400 days after date of award. Qty 20 ea to be delivered to W25G1U New Cumberland PA 400 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s)12 and 26.
