Description

This is an amendment to Submission No. 50W8Z9, dated 5 September 01. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision to perform both preventive maintenance upon and repair services for the combusiton controls, burner management systems, distributed control systems, ancillary system regulators and plant pressure masters for the four (4) boilers located at the Boiler Plant, Building 7CC at the Naval Complex, Newport, RI by means of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The contract includes a base period and an option for four twelve month option periods with the total duration not to exceed 60 months. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED and the NAICS code is 811412-5.0 million. This solicitation will be issued on or about 24 October 2001 and the Bid Opening Date will be on or about 26 November 2001. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE charge for this solicitation package which is $8.00 per copy. Prospective bidders interested in obtaining this solicitation MUST submit their request, along with either a certified check, cashiers check, company check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover card, (CHECKS MUST BE PAYABLE TO: "SUPERINTENDENT OF DOCUMENTS") and annoted with the applicable Solicitation number to: DEFENSE AUTOMATED PRINTING SERVICES (DAPS), 47 CHANDLER ST, NEWPORT, RI 02841.
