Market Research =96 Special Notice -- VA Medical Centers in VISN 2 (which include, Buffalo, Batavia, Bath, Canandaigua, Syracuse and Albany) are currently researching methods of dictation and transcription. Our intention is to issue a Request for Proposal for the services of transcription. We are issuing this Market Research as a vehicle for industry to provide recommendations and information on equipment for the best business practices for supplying methods of Medical dictation and transcription services. This is an announcement to request your presence at a face to face meeting at the Syracuse, VA Medical Center on Friday, November 16, 2001. Please RSVP for additional information. The intention of this face to face will assist the Government in writing a specification for either Government owned Dictation and Transcription services or Contractor Owned Dictation and Transcription services.=20 Please respond by November 2, 2001 your intention to attend this meeting.
