Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Impact Systems, Inc. This requirement is to provide NIMA with a Records Management System/Application solution that 1) meets all DOD requirements under DOD 5015.2-STD; 2) that uses Documentum and is JITC-certified using Documentum, as well as being JITC-certified for Documentum-to-Documentum interface; 3) that allows SST users to use a Documentum screen; and 4) utilizes an Oracle NT database and is JITC-certified using an Oracle NT database. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any written response to this notice shall contain clear and convincing evidence that the appropriate capabilities exist to fulfill this requirement and shall be submitted no later than 31 October 2001.
