Description

The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 is soliciting proposals to provide prescription pharmacy services for the VA Outpatient Modesto Clinic. These services will be provided for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, VA Outpatient Modesto Clinic. Mail proposals to Lupe Arroyo, Contracting Officer, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue 90/CCA, Bldg. 6, Room C-136, Palo Alto, CA 94304. All proposals must be received in the issuing office no later than November 16, 2001. No telephonic request will be accepted.
