Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Desired service is Tear Down, Test, and Inspect (TTI) of S70A Blackha wk (Commercial Version) Helicopter components, with an option quantity for Repair and Return (R&R) services. For a copy of the solicitation, please contact the contract specialist listed below. Requisition Number BTKSE51219D001. This is a Foreign Militar y Sales Requirement, FMS Case TK-B-VAH. Shipping terms are FOB Origin. Delivery shall be arranged in accordance with the Statement of Objectives contained in the solicitation. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to th is acquisition. A completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items and 252-212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212- 4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
