Description

The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, services,and facilities to provide Halfway House Services for Drug/Alcohol Treatment and Chronic Mental Illness patients at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121 for the period of January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2001 with four one-year options to renew. The services are for the following counties: San Francisco, Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Genn, Lassen, Modoc, Mono, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, Shasta, Siskiyou, Sierra, Solano, Sutter, Tehema, Trinity, Tuolumne, Yolo and Yuba. No telephone or e-mail request will be accepted. No web-based offers will be accepted. The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents and amendments without further notice from the DVA.
