Description

The A-E shall provide all Architectural & Engineering services as defined to accomplish complete contract drawings, specifications, technical reports and cost estimates for the following Scope of Work (SOW). SOW: The work will involve the complete renovation of the fourth floor of the main tower of the Medical Center (Building "C") consisting of approximately 21,000 square feet of floor space. The construction work will require phasing so as to minimize disruption to patient care. Construction activity will involve all disciplines including asbestos removal, demolition, general architectural, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical. To be considered for selection, the A/E must have prior experience with Mental Health Facility design. EST construction cost is between $2 and $5 million. This is an unrestrictive procurement pursuant FAR Part 19.1007. Award is subject to availability of FY 2002 funds.
