This is an update to the synopsis posted 31 August 2001 and 26 September 2001. Formal RFP release is scheduled for a 23 October 2001 with past performance proposal information due 20 November 2001 and the remaining proposal information due 20 December 2001. Contract award is scheduled on or about 1 April 2002. The RFP is available for down load at www.FedBizOpps.gov and http://www.marcorsyscom.usmc.mil/mcscctq/uoc.htm Hard copies are available at Marine Corps Systems Command, 3041A McCawley Avenue, Quantico, VA 22134-5010.
