Description

Note 22 applies. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with CF Entertainment of 1925 Century Park East, suite 1025, Los Angeles, CA 90067 for the right to reproduce and distribute its programs "The Entertainers," "American Athelete," and "Every Woman" for the 2001-2002 season consisting of 26 episodes each. CF Entertainment will provide administrative support required to authorize broadcast rigts for the American Forces Radio and Televison Service (AFRTS) to reproduce and distribute said television programming outside the continental United States and provide AFRTS with live transmissions (feeds) or videotape copies of authorized programs. AFRTS is authorized to divide the programs into individual segments for use as interstitial program material.
