AMENDMENT 001 TO THE RFQ SP0100-02-Q-4016: THERE IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE RFQ (ON GATEWAY); COPIES OF THIS AMENDMENT MA Y BE OBTAINED BY EMAIL. THE FOLLOWING SYNOPSIS IS UNCHANGED AND CORRECT -- -- - See Notes #1, 9 and 26. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This is an acquisition for 133,500 of the ite m Badge Clip, NSN 8455-01-112-7674. There will be two destinations required with 6 deliveries each. The two destinations a re: DDSP -- New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA, and Arizona Ind. for the Blind, Phoenix, AZ. The production leadtime is 165 days after award. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offero r should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procure ment Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home after 11/01/01. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFQs" from the left- hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notificati on of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an E-MAIL notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NS N profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
