Unit Can contains 5 Gallons Net, Anticipate an Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), RFP, Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources, Commercial, COS IS Y SO IAW FAR Part 12, Critical Application Items, QPL applies on three (3) NSNS with Different Unit of Issues, 6850-01-339-5227, 5 Gallon Container, 6850-01-390-7827, Unit Quantity is a 1 Gallon Container, and 6850-01-339-5228 is a Unit Drum-contains 55 Gallons Net. Destination Shipment for Stock Location will be Tracy, CA (AQ5) and Richmond, VA (SRG) for 55 Gallon Drums I/A/W MIL-PRF-87937C, DTD 1997 Aug 14, TYPE II, Shelf Life 36 Months. 100% Small Business Set-Aside.This Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) Additional Years. FOB Origin for DVDS, FOB Destination for Stock Shipments, Inspection & Acceptance will be Destination, QAP 251 Applies. The Solicitation does not contain Progress Payments or EPA Provisions. Electronic Commerce/POPS Capabilities. Delivery will be 45 Days after Receipt of Order for the First Delivery for one (1) Year with an Option to Extend the Terms for Four (4) Order and Thereafter, 30 Days ARO for DLA Stock Locations (AQ5, SNG, and SRG) and 15 Days ARO for DVDS (Direct Vendor Deliveries). No Surge requirement necessary for these three (3) NSNS. Quantity Variance Plus or Minus 05%.
