- DESC: 1005-00-322-9716, Part Number 8403398, the item to procure is a M3 Tripod Mount. Requirements are for quantity 1013 each M3 Tripod Mount, for use on the .50 cal Machine Gun. There is a 100% option. The item consists of traversing bar assembly, bea ring head assembly, front/rear left/rear right tripod legs, pintle lock assembly, elevating mechanism assembly and numerous nuts and bolts. Most parts are machined to a close tolerance from 4130 steel with heat treat per MIL-H-6875. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
