Janitorial and Related Services at the Frank T. Bow Federal Building, 201 Cleveland Avenue, CANTON, OH. Performance period is for one (1) year with four (4) additional one year renewal options. ESTIMATED START DATE IS 02/01/02. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561720 (formerly known is SIC 7349) and the size standard is $12.0 million. Solicitation will be posted on or about 11/09/01. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available electronically only at the Internet site http://www.eps.gov.
