Description

This action is 100% Set-Aside for HubZone Small Business Concerns. Building 20 at the U.S. Army Soldiers System Center is a warehouse. The primary feature of work under this project is constructing a floor to ceiling wall (22 feet high) to divide the war ehouse. The project includes general demolition, construction of a one room office, electrical work, minor mechanical work, fire sprinkler system modifications, fire alarm system modifications and associated work. The estimated cost is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Prospective bidders, subcontractors, and plan rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet to receive this solicitation. Registration instructions are available on the Internet at http://www.nae.usace.army.m il . Neither telephonic, mailed or fax requests will be accepted. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information of the mailing list. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the New England District.
