Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Tower Asset Subsidiary, 2301 Dupont Drive, Irvine, CA 92612 for the FY02 Renewal of the Santiago Peak Antenna Site Lease in Languna Niguel, California. The purchase order will include a base year (October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002) and four (4) option years. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. However, all responsible parties who can provide the above requirement may submit written quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete with this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award will be based on the lowest price to the government. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions and/or negotiations. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. All quotations shall include price(s); FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number (if applicable); delivery date; business size; and payment terms. All quotations and questions must be submitted in writing via mail, facsimile or email by 5:00pm EST no later than 5 days from the published date of this synopsis. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Tower Asset Subsidiary.=20
