Description

The Naval Air System Command intends to procure in-country engineering, technical and training services for an interim period of three months, and technical, engineering, logistics and in-country training services for two additional consecutive periods of 12 months, for post-production support for the SH-2G(E) helicopter from Kaman Aerospace Corporation, Blue Hills Ave., Bloomfield, CT 06002. Kaman Aerospace is the original manufacturer of these helicopters, and as such is the only source with the requisite technical knowledge, data, experience and tooling to conduct engineering investigations and analysis, in-country technical assistance, and flight and maintenance training. Flight instructors must have a current security clearance up to the secret level and must have current checks and qualifications, including 50 flight hours on the SH-2G helicopter within the last six months prior to date of award.
