Description

The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a firm fixed price extension to contract F08651-96-D-0021 for the Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS). This is a sole source to CC Distributors, Inc., 210 McBride Lane, Corpus Christi, TX 78469-9153. This requirement will be accomplished by an extension of the current contract with CC Distributors using FAR 52.217-8. This extension to the current contract is being used as an interim measure while the competitive acquisition for the COCESS requirement, F08651-01-R-0018, is beingaccomplished. The period of performance will be a not to exceed 6-month period. This action is being completed in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
