- Description
- Bechtel Nevada requires production of a specialized optical fiber that meets the following requirements: Core Diameter 200 m; Cladding Diameter 220 m (not critical); Buffer Diameter 260 m (not critical); Nominal numerical aperture (NA) 0.055; Quantity 1000 meters and Preform Type silica/silica, step index, multi-mode. Interested parties should submit a brief synopsis of qualifications, including evidence of expertise in fabricating customized fiber optic products and any examples of specialized fiber optic cable of length equivalent to this requirement (1 km or more) to Philip L.
