Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6. Solicitation 02SQ303140 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) accepting quotes till November 15, 2001 .The Bureau of Reclamation Lower Colorado Dams Facilities Office has a Requirement for the fallowing parts, Fifty six (56), top cover plate, Bronze bushing, Reclamation Drawing No. 45-301-7599 (to be supplied upon request). Fifty six (56),Bottom cover plate, Bronze bushing, Reclamation Drawing No. 45-301-7600 (to be supplied upon request). Fifty six (56), wicket gate, bronze bushing, Reclamation Drawing No. 45-301-7601 (to be supplied upon request).This will be full and open competition The bushings will be installed by Hoover Dam personnel and will not be installed under this contract. The Contractor shall ship the completed bushing f.o.b. destination to the Fallowing address: U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation Lower Colorado Dams Facilities Office Hoover Dam Centra Warehouse Hwy 93 Boulder City, Nevada 89005 Due to the increase in security at Hoover Dam, deliveries must be pre-arranged with Hoover Dam Central Warehouse. Vendors and/or shipping companies must contact the Warehouse @ (702) 293-8854 and let them know: 1) Identify themselves (Freight/shipping company) 2) Who the shipment is from (Vendor Name) 3) What the shipment is 4) When they will be delivering, date & time The Hoover Dam Central Warehouse receiving hours are from 7:30 AM to 3:30 P.M., Pacific Time
