Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source contract with Putman/Northern Westchester -- BOCES for continued full-range special education support services for the West Point Elementary Special Education Program during school year (SY) 2001-2002. These services are required under the Individuals with Disability Act PL 101-476 for comprehensive therapy services for profound and intensive need students in individualized and small group support in accordance with the student's Individualized Education Program. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available.
