This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12. This announcement is a request for quotations; A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED, THE SOLICITATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS POSTING IS REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AND FORMS ONLY. Offutt AFB intends to issue a base year plus four option year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Miltope Inc. part number 473271-91 Thermal Fanfold Printer Paper, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL, for use in Miltope printer part number RP/368/AYC-6. Minimum order is 50 cases per year; maximum order is 150 cases per year. Contractors are encouraged to stock a supply of at least 15 prepaid cases of paper for immediate shipment. Willingness to provide this option is the highest rated factor in award determination. Orders for cases of paper from this reserve supply will list a delivery schedule of 7 days after receipt of order (ARO). Price is the second highest rated factor in award determination. Orders will be placed by 55 CONS via SF 1449 delivery order or verbal direction by the Contracting Officer. Oral orders will be confirmed via SF 1449 delivery order. Quote must include total price including FOB destination shipping, delivery timeframe, discount payment terms (if available) and Offeror Representations and Certifications (see "Solicitation" in this posting).
