Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a commercial firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with PRECISION FILTERS, Inc., 240 Cherry Street, Ithaca, NY 14850-5203. This requirement will b e for a Signal Conditioning Transducer System/Upgrade. PRECISION FILTERS, Inc. is the only firm that can provide the interchangeability with the pre-existing PRECISION FILTERS signal conditioning transducer equipment currently in use at USAYPG to perform critical tests. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 with a size standard of 500 employees. Pursuant to FAR Part 12 and 13 this acquisition will be issued under commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
