Description

supply to Department of State (DOS) posts worldwide the following: Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products, 50/60 hertz, equipment. Equipment is required to support Department facilities worldwide, and were applicable should be offered with the full range of commercially available input and output voltages, all available options shall be clearly identified and priced. Equipment offered shall include: A) spare and overhaul parts for brand name Transfer Switches, UPS, Power Conditioning Equipment, and diesel engine generators including ? Generac, Onan, Caterpillar, Wilson, Olympian, Detroit Diesel, and Kholer, in the following ranges and estimated quantities per year:(20 each) 2000hr overhaul kits, (20 each) 5000hr overhaul kits, (4 each) 10000hr overhaul kits, B) Spare and overhaul parts kits for brand name Power transformers with FL ratings up to 1500kw, in the following ranges and estimated quantities per year: (4 each) 650 kva, (2 each 1000kva, and (2 each) 1500kva, C) Spare and overhaul parts kits for brand name Low and Medium Voltage, Automatic Voltage Regulators, rated up to 1500kw, in the following ranges and estimated quantities per year: (4 each) 650 kva, (2 each 1000kva, and (2 each) 1500kva, D)Transfer switches spares and overhaul parts in ranges and estimated quantities to match generator ranges and quantities, E) Main Switchgear, F)Power Factor Correct equipment and G) Uninterruptible Power Systems on a case basis. Estimated quantities herein are for evaluation purposes only. Minimum value of the award is 5000.00 USDOL, maximum value is 4,800,000.00 USDOL. Additionally, offerors shall furnish and be responsible for all materials, logistics, equipment, plans, labor, and travel necessary to accomplish all work described herein, and detailed in delivery orders (DOs). Security cleanrances will be required for personnel performing work at DOS posts.
