Require delivery is 74 each 360 Days After Contract Award with First Article ( FA) or 240 days without FA. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. The closi ng date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
