NOUN: 10th-12th Stator Compressor; NSN: 2840-01-365-2209NZ; P/N: 4083880-02; QTY: 75; U/I: Each; DELIVERY: May-Jun2002 to Tinker AFB, OK; APPLICABLE TO: F100PW229 Engine. SIZE/DIMENSIONS: approximately 6.6 inches long X 2.4 inches wide; PREDOMINANT MATERIAL: Nickel alloy; FORM/FIT/FUNCTION: Used on the core module to divert compressed air in the angle of attack to run the F100/229 engine. Anticipated Solicitation issue date: 13NOV01. Anticipated award date: 14DEC01. No telephone solicitation requests will be accepted. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of the SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible Source Approval for future awards.
