Description

The Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS)/Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) through the General Acquisitions Branch (GAB)/Program Support Center (PSC) intends to make a Sole Source Simplified Acquisition Award to Information Management Systems/Armstrong Data Systems of Vienna, Va. for a twelve month requirement. The Contractor shall continue to administer Clinical Training Grant Programs' Recipients of Obligated Federal Financial Support ( Monitoring Clinical Trainees' Payback Obligation). Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the trainees' complete files, including their Notice of Appointment forms, etc., no new trainees will be added to this payback monitoring system. The number of trainees remaining in the Clinical Training Payback System was 323 as of 8/1/01. All trainees requiring skip tracing shall be identified and then referred to the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) through the Government Project Officer. All unprocessed documents shall be completed, including follow-ups for missing/incomplete items, and filing for trainees awarded in FYs 1984, 1985 and 1986. Atechnical Review shall be done on each Termination Notice. Sources are NOT being sought for this requirement.
