Potential sources sought to participate in the regional standardization of Advanced Wound and Skin Care Products. TRICARE Region 2, a military integrated delivery network (IDN), comprised of Army, Navy and Air Force medical centers in Virginia and North Carolina, is considering standardizing and establishing a single source Regional Incentive Agreement for Advanced Wound and Skin Care Products. A list of technical and clinical criteria and instructions will be provided to vendors, suppliers and manufacturers who are willing to participate, be holders of a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) with the Defense Supply Center-Philadelphia (DSCP), distribute products through DSCP's Prime Vendor program and who carry a "full line of product" for the product group being considered.
