This is a restricted requirement to, Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (97499). The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. The required delivery is 15 each 180 Days After Contract Award.
