Description

The work includes the demolition, removal, and renovation of existing bachelor enlisted quarters and reception/visitor quarters consisting of removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials, re-roofing with 2-ply modified bitumen including roofing insulation and flashing, remove and provide exterior windows, doors, and frames, interior doors and frames, partitions, interior finishes, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, sitework, and incidental related work. This will be awarded as a firm fixed price construction contract. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is 5 November 2001. This solicitation is available in electronic format only.
