Description

ISSUE DATE: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to repair approximately 24? of EPDM roof membrane seams and two roof drain repairs of the Boat Maintenance Facility (BMF). Contractor shall install approximately 5,000 square feet of vinyl siding and approximately 1,350 square feet of vinyl soffit materials on the BMF and Multipurpose Building at USCG Station Jones Beach, Freeport, NY. The work includes, trimming around existing lights, speaker horns and air vents of various sizes and other related work. The contractor shall provide a new sign backboard as shown in the drawings for the existing sign located on the BMF?s north side. Contractor shall fabricate and install two new chimney-flashing units as shown in the drawings. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 dollars. NAICS code is 235610. Solicitation packages to issue on or about 11/9/01, quotes are due on or about 12/9/01 at 4:00 p.m. Period of performance is 60 calendar days.
