Description

Furnish maintenance services within the parks/areas of the Clearwater Project Office, Piedmont, Missouri, for the period 01 January 2002, or date of award, whichever is later, through 31 December 2002, with options to extend through 31 December 2007. This will be an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery firm-fixed price contract including but not limited to: Carpentry, painting, roofing, site work, janitorial, buoy maintenance, tree/vegetative maintenance, animal control, boundary line maintenance, drift wood and storm damage removal, cleaning services, courtesy dock maintenance, energize/de-energize parks, water sampling, and piezometer reading. Numbered Note 1 applies. The NAICS code is 561210 with a size standard of $5 million. Solicitation will be o n Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government s best interest. All documents requi red for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Divisio n internet website at https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil Solicitation will be available on or about November 8, 2001. Proposals will be due on or about December 10, 2001.
