Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice 5108S9 announced October 17, 2001 -- 13:51 is amended as follows: The Proposal Due Date is corrected from the year 2000 to 2001, an Other Factors evaluation factor for Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business Participation is added and applies only to the unrestricted portion of the requirement; and the Other Factors evaluation factor relative to the three sample tasks is hereby deleted.
