Description

ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES DUE 113001 POC Shon Johnson, tel (940) 676-5702. Contracting Officer, Shirley Story, (940) 676-4440. Contractor is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and services to perform maintenance and repair on 27 (twenty-seven) elevators at Sheppard AFB TX. Applicable SIC Code for this solicitation is 7349, Building Cleaning and Maintenance Services, N.E.C., with size standard of $12 Million. Period of performance is 1 January 2002 through 30 September 2002 with four 6 month option periods. All responsible sources may submit offers which shall be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be provided. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system (http://eps.gov). Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments.
