Landscape/Irrigation/Snow Removal services, NAICS Code 561730, Size Standard, 5 million, Small Business Set- Aside. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed price contract, Basic Period (one year) and four options (one year each), to cover all aspects of grounds maintence for the Federal Building at 301 S. Howes , Fort Collins, Colorado. The building, landscaping, parking and sidewalk areas encompass a city block. For interested paarties, the solicitation will be posted at EPS.Gov.
