Repackaging of Material: Original Manufacturer?s Commercial Unit packaging is required. Repackaging is not authorized. I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-Spec DOD-D-24577/SH. QAP 010 Applies. Unrestricted, Specifications are available/ Shelf Life 48 Months/Critical Application Item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. COS is coded N for Non-Commercial. FOB Origin for Direct Vendor Deliveries for a Estimated Quantity of 4,000 CO, and FOB Destination for Stock Location for Line 0002 Estimated Quantity of 2,036 CO Shipments to Tracy, CA (AQ5) and Line 0003 for Stock Location Estimated Quantity of 2,000 CO Shipments to New Cumberland, PA (SNG). Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for the 1st Delivery Order. Does not contain Progress Payments for EPA Provisions.
