Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, has a requirement to acquire the following on a sole source basis from the Original Equipment Manufacturer -- Reidville Hydraulics & Manufacturing, Inc.: Stowage Drum motors, Capstan Drive motors, and component parts. Reidville Hydraulics & Manufacturing, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer. The Government intends to award An IDIQ contract with firm fixed price provisions. The necessary specifications and manufacturing drawings to effectively compete these requirements do not reside with the U.S. Navy; they are proprietary to Reidville Hydraulics & Manufacturing, Inc. Because these components are integral parts of submarine towed array systems, exact replacement is required. NAICS Code is 333996. This notice is for information only.
