NSN 2540-01-093-4305, Splash Guard Vehicular, estimated annual qty 2,012 each. This solicitation is an Indefinite Quantity contract (IQC), RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp on its issued date of 6 Nov 01. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for small business. Drawings are available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
