- The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award an indefinite quantity contract for a base year with estimated annual demands of 1213 each and will include provisions for four one-year options with estimated annual demands of 4852 each for NSN 1680-01-113-8182, Cover, Seat Cushion I/A/W Sikorsky Aricraft, Cage 78286, DWG 70500-02161 REV "G" P/N 70500-02161-043. Export Control drawings available. Contractor First Article Testing and Govenment Fit Verification testing are required. Delivery schedule 90 days after First Article and Government Fit approvals. Unrestricted/ABVS applies. Note 26 applies
