DESC: 3020-01-167-8318, Part Number 12524071, the item to procure is a Gear, Spur. Requirements are for quantity 315 Gear, Spur, for use on the M242 Gun. It is made from steel comp 4340 overall. Body style is 2 plain, with lightening holes, pitch diamet er is 76.00 mm nominal, teeth quantity is 38, bore style is 1 plain both ends, nominal outside diameter is 80.0 mm, tooth form is stub, face nominal width is 19.0 mm, and one end of bore is csk to 0.5 mm depth by 45 deg. FOB is Destination. The proposed c ontract will include a 100 percent option. Estimated issue date is 22 October 2001. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
