Description

This is an 8(a) set aside for Regions III and IV only. The contract will provide demolition and removal, site work, provisions for a one story equipment maintenance facility consisting of exterior brick veneer and concrete masonry bearing walls, prefinished standing seam metal roof over composite roof insulation and OSB on metal decking and supported by open web steel joist roof framing all supported on concrete spread footings and slab on grade, prefinished standing seam metal fascia, clerestory windows, rolling service doors, interior and exterior metal doors, interior masonry and steel stud partitions, interior finishes, plumbing, heating ventilating and air conditioning, sprinkler system, fire alarm system, electrical and incidental related work. Also included are provisions for a one story wash rack pump house and a hazardous/flammable storage building consisting of exterior brick veneer and concrete masonry bearing walls with concrete spread footings and slab on grade, prefinished standing seam metal roof over composite roof insulation and OSB on metal decking supported by cold-formed steel roof framing, etc. The contractors will be required to provide: (A) Technical- Factor (1) Corporate Experience; (2)Quality Control and Key Personnel, (3)Past Performance and Safety; (4) Small Business Subcontracting effort; (5) Proposed Schedule; and (B) Price.
