Description

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a competitive firm-fixed price construction contract for the replacement of Pier 3 at the Naval Station, Norfolk, Virginia. The work includes demolition of existing concrete piers (Piers 2 and 3) including pulling of piles and dredging the pier footprints and the construction of a new two level precast concrete Pier 3 and all incidental related work. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies and transportation to perform all work described in the specification. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is 31 October 2001. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet.
