Description

General Services Administration (GSA) in interested in leasing office space which must yield 3,673 minimum to 3,800 maximum Boma Usable Square Feet for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The location of the space should be bounded on the: Start at Myrtle and Campbell; North on Campbell to Missouri; West on Missouri to Mesa; South on Mesa to Mills; East on Mills to Kansas; South on Kansas to Myrtle; East on Myrtle to Campbell. The space will be occupied the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). Office and related space must be contiguous and on one level without being split by a public corridor. Space should not be highly visiable but with preferably easy access that is also not highly visiable. 14 secured on-site parking spaces are required with ATF access at all times. If parking cannot be provided on-site, it should be located within a 2 block radius. Preference will be given to secured, covered, on-site parking. ATF space shall not be below the first floor, on the first floor, or the top floor of the building. Regularly scheduled (throughout the day) public transportation must be available within 600 feet ( or 2 blocks, whichever is less) of the office building entrance. Lease Term: 5 years, 3 years firm. Occupancy: No later than January 1, 2001. Expressions of Interest should include: Building name and address; Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot; Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; Common area factor for available square feet; Name, address, and telephone number of individual(s) to be contacted and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
