Phase I of RFP N62467-01-R-0398 has concluded and offerors have been selected to proceed to Phase II. Phase II Plans and Specifications will be available for downloading on the NAVFAC website, http://esol.navfac.navy.mil/ on or about 23 January 2002. Phase II proposals are due at 4:00pm EST on 04 March 2002.
