Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas Health Care System has a requirement for Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) that will provide primary care to eligible veterans in the Texas counties of Eastland, Palo Pinto, Hood, Stephens, Callahan and Parker. The contractor shall provide for the delivery and management of continuous primary and preventive medical care. The contractor shall provide health care providers, medical facilities, medical equipment and supplies, short-term pharmaceutical prescriptions and administrative support. Compensation shall be made through monthly capitation Payments for each patient in accordance with the terms and conditions of solicitation. Multiple contract awards may be made. The due date for this solicitation is November 8, 2001. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation and/or amendments free at the following URL: http://www.va.gov.oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Request for hard copies of solicitation and./or amendments may be obtained for a cost of $10.00 and must be in writing to Belinda L.
